1) General Policy

All sales are subject to the terms outlined below. By placing an order with Alfablink, you agree to this policy.

2) Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Returns must be requested and approved via email before sending any item back.

3) Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Used or damaged items not due to our error
  • Gift cards

4) Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.

5) Refund Processing

If your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–14 business days.
